Delivery Times

Cities listed above in the scrolling banner if you order before 4:00PM you will receive your package within 6 to 24 hours. You must order before 4:00PM to receive your package same day. Those cities listed in the scrolling banner above, if you order after 4:00PM your order will be delivered the following day. We have one truck and the truck leaves at 4:00PM. Our driver carries no money. All transactions are done via the platform.

All cities with a mailing address not listed above in the scrolling banner, your order is picked/packed and dropped off with the delivery carrier. e.g. Fedex or UPS. Delivery time is 2 to 5 days. You will receive a link to track your package via email from the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Package:

Orders deliverved via UPS/FEDEX: If your package is lost, damaged or stolen contact the carrier directly.

Orders delivered via clothesforcheap.com:

We are not responsible for orders once they are dropped off. Our driver will notify you via text/email regarding the estimated time your package will be delivered. If you are not home ask a neighbor to retrieve your package for you.

Returns

You may return your item within 10 days from receiving the package. Items must be in the same condition as when they where sold, e.g. tags still attached, not worn, not washed.

If we accept the item as a valid return you will be credited a refund. Refunds are credited to the account which purchased the item, "the money goes back on the card". Refunds can take up to 30 days to post. We, clothesforcheap.com, uses a payment gateway, we do not process the payments in house, we are charged a fee to process payments. This fee is not refunded to you when you return an item. We do not refund the shipping charge of $9.99. Shipping and payment processing fees are not refunded with the return.
